90-Day Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 90-day full coverage return/exchange policy, including return shipping and replacement fees, for the following reasons:

  1. Customization Errors: If there is an error in the customization (e.g., pose, clothing style, hairstyle, etc.) that does not match your order (excluding decorations, base, and facial features).

  2. Poor Quality/Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  3. Wrong Size: If the size of the product received does not match the size you selected.

  4. Wrong or Lost Shipment: If the wrong item is shipped to you, or if you have not received your order.

90-Day Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy

For the following reasons, our return/exchange policy will be handled under limited coverage, with the customer responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping fees. Additionally, a 40% customization fee based on the unit price of the returned product will be deducted from the refund:

  1. Wrong Size Selected: If the size you chose is not suitable.

  2. Personal Reasons: If you change your mind or due to personal taste.

Exclusions to Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Damage Caused by Corrosive Substances or Chemicals.

  2. Damage Caused by Misuse, Mishandling, or Poor Maintenance.

  3. Items that have been Worn, Washed, or Soiled: If the items show signs of wear or damage resulting from customer handling.

  4. Other Items or Gifts in the Order: Not the product itself, but other items included in the order.

  5. Exceeding the 90-Day Return/Exchange Time Limit: Products returned after 90 days from the date of receiving the order.

Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Please submit a support ticket with clear photos of the logistics face sheet and items showing quality issues.

  2. Contact our customer service team to request return authorization and further instructions.

  3. To ensure your return is processed successfully, please notify customer service before returning the item. Failure to notify customer service in advance may result in a lost package, and your return request will not be accepted.

  4. The "Ship From" address is different from our Returns Acceptance Center address. Please do not return items to the shipping address on the package. Any additional costs, including customs duties or fees, will be deducted from your refund if you fail to follow the return instructions.

  5. Return items must be packaged in their original packaging, and the packaging must be intact.

Refund Procedure

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will usually process the return within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification and must respond as soon as possible.

  2. Refunds will typically be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Please note, it may take approximately 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The timing depends on the billing cycle of the payment provider or your financial institution. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Customized Products: Can be canceled or replaced if not yet shipped without charge.

  2. Customized Products: If you need to cancel or modify a customized product or its customization details, a 40% customization fee will apply.

  3. Special Note: Customized products begin production immediately after the order is placed to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we will charge the applicable production fee even if you contact us right after placing the order.

  4. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
